KHASILAN RILEYkkhaislan riley

Khasilan Riley (Si) was born in Pensacola, Florida to newly-wed parents who weren’t old enough to drink. From the beginning Khasilan was artistic and creative. As a toddler he didn’t like to talk much. His father would find him on a journey within the house conjoining different objects together he found building his own “inventions” and drawing on furniture. His parents split while his second brother was still in his mother’s stomach. She then moved to St.Petersburg, Fl. His mother, even with the support of her family struggled to take care of her 3 sons on her own. At the age of 8, Khasilan’s body was found unconscious at the bottom of swimming pool. Through proper medical procedures his life was saved. This wasn’t the first time his life came near an end but this was the most impactful one at the time. It completely changed him and at 8 years old he began to live through the lens of soul that lived much longer. His mother tells him he survived for a reason and to this day he’s fulfilling that purpose. Around the same time his first step parent came into the picture and thus began a cycle of adversity. Si only saw his father a few times out of the year and the stepdad Si lived with was physically and emotionally abusive to him and his brothers. He would tell to his mother and she would report to the stepdad, resulting in Si losing trust in his mother. His stepdad abused his mother as well and a new stepdad came into the picture. This sequence would repeat for most of Si’s life enduring around 20 step parents in total. Through these cycles he moved from house to house, school to school, family member to family member. His mom was busy working, at school or living her life so that and experiencing a variety of adversity forced him to mature at a young age. From gang activity, house being robbed, drugs, house burning down, violence etc all before he was a teenager.

This life he knew wasn’t worth living, his genuine self was being tainted by his environment but he had no way out. The only thing helping him push through, were his vision, the words of wisdom, god and motivation his father would preach to him when he would have the chance to. Si at his core was a very innocent, loving, genuine soul so what his dad preached stuck to him as mold sticks to moisture. Si promised to himself and god that he’ll make it out of his environment and live the life he always dreamt of, a life of healing, learning, and evolution. So he evolved himself over and over again. He viewed himself as a computer and corrected every issue he observed in his hardware. For his future he wanted to utilize his talents in the creative field to make an enormous impact in order to reach people and directly change society and the standard of living so that everyone he comes across reaches their dream the way he will. He wanted to travel the world and never be ruled by ignorance and money again. He honed and educated himself and was able to brand himself within his community. By junior year high school he was a commendable dance artist, martial artist, musician, performer, athlete, influencer, public figure and motivational speaker in his community. He would perform on the streets and for events, direct annual performances, teach dance and heal people he came across like he wished, he became who he wanted to be, himself. He wanted to get into business but wasn’t sure how. Although he was able to evolve himself, his environment remained the same, at this point he was ready to give up on everything. He felt like he was living in vain, the contrast between him and his environment made it harder to survive. He never had the plans, money or scholarships for college and didn’t plan on living after graduation. His life after that point resembled being buried alive. He lost himself and value in life as a whole. He took loans out for school and through the first semester of college, he began to remember who he was. All the passions and dreams he once had came flowing back, he regained memory of what he survived and sight of his purpose. He just needed to revive himself and something to go after, a sign, something, anything an opportunity in an environment absent of opportunity. He decided to work multiple jobs to start building capital to start his own business. While diving into the stock market, affiliate marketing, and ecommerce he met the co-founder of CreativeWolf, Billy Torres and that’s where the paths of Khasilan and CreativeWolf aligned.
