    CreativeWolf LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and creative services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our website.

    Monthly Service Packages

    • Monthly service packages are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
    • You may cancel your monthly package at any time by contacting us at billy@creativewolf.com or calling 813-999-6049.
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
    • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase and no work has been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • After work has been delivered or the 7-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

    One-Time Service Builds

    • One-time service builds (e.g., website design, brand identity kits, funnel builds) are non-refundable once work has begun.
    • If you cancel before any work has started, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work delivered.
    • All refund requests for one-time builds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Delivery Method & Timing

    • All services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products or shipments.
    • Monthly packages: Services begin within 3-5 business days of purchase. Deliverables are provided on a rolling basis throughout the billing period.
    • One-time builds: Project kickoff occurs within 3-5 business days. Estimated completion timelines are provided during the onboarding call and vary by project scope (typically 1-4 weeks).
    • All deliverables (graphics, copy, reports, websites, etc.) are delivered electronically via email, shared drives, or direct platform access.

    Disputes

    If you are dissatisfied with any service, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
